50% activation bonus
First qualifying transaction. Capped at $5,000 (talent side) or $10,000 (client side). Recurring commissions begin from the next transaction.
OJT track
60% activation bonus on the first 10 client-side payouts per Client, capped at 3 Client connections per affiliate per rolling 12 months. Standard 10% client-side recurring begins from transaction #11 onward.
How TPN works
- Apply. Tell us about your network, industry focus, region, and expected annual volume. Approval typically takes 5 business days.
- Train and certify. Complete six short modules (TPN overview, commission structure, activation bonuses, quota & persistency, compliance & conduct, channels & support) and pass an assessment at 80% or higher. Three attempts per 7-day window.
- Source. Use your unique affiliate code to attribute new talent and client connections. An opportunity is bound to a single affiliate per side.
- Earn. Activation bonus on the first qualifying transaction; recurring commissions from the next transaction onward. Paid through the TaaS payout pipeline.
Quota & persistency
Trailing 90 days, to retain full recurring rates:
- ≥ 8 funded client connections
- ≥ 12 onboarded talent connections
- ≥ USD 10,000 combined gross revenue
Two consecutive quarter misses halve the recurring rate. A 90-day soft-clawback window applies for reversed, refunded, or charged-back transactions.
Direct-hire commission
30% on net-new talent placements; 25% on placements sourced from the existing TaaS talent pool. Bonus and recurring commissions on the same transaction are mutually exclusive.
OJT track details
- Gated by Standard certification plus admin confirmation post-probation, and signing the OJT Addendum.
- Safeguarding self-attest required at TPN-OJT enrolment.
- Student-side stipends generate no affiliate commission.
- Student withdrawal triggers pro-rata clawback on student-weeks completed within the 90-day window.
- Government-tier OJT TPN attribution is disabled by default; admin override per engagement.
Compliance & conduct
No solicitation. No misrepresentation. Adhere to the TaaS Code of Conduct. The contracting party for TPN affiliates is Think Tank Services (TTS) — comprising Think Tank Services (a sole trader registered in Trinidad & Tobago) and its affiliate Think Tank Services LLC (a Wyoming, USA limited-liability company treated as a disregarded entity for US federal tax purposes). The TTS entity contracting with you depends on funding currency and the executed Talent Engagement Work Order (TEWO).
